I've lived the overwhelm
I owned and ran a retail business for five years. I did almost all of it myself: inventory, marketing, customer service, the books, the late nights. I sold it before AI tools were anywhere near as capable or as accessible as they are right now.
If the AI I use today had existed then, I don't know that I would have sold.
That's exactly why I care this much about teaching business owners to use it well. Not as a buzzword, as a way to get real hours back, for family, for the parts of the business only you can do. I know the overwhelm firsthand, and now I know the tools that actually fix it.
